Goal

Yes, I’ve been REALLY inactive in this blog, along with in the game itself, but my goal is to get ALL of the achievements for this game. Yes, I know I’m sure most of you have all of them already, but it seems like a “challenge” for me, it will also be my first game that I have all of the achievements for.

Currently: 44 / 51 Achievements || 890 / 1100 Points.

I will update this every time I get another achievement.

I would also like to point out that I have gotten the Historian achievement, and it has taken forever for me to get it.

I may put this one down, and open up ‘Microsoft’ blog, talking about computers, and the xbox 360. I’m still debating, so I may be slower on updates on here. I’ll keep you guys posted!

Quick Little update / message

Yes, I know …. I haven’t been here in a while, but hey.. I’ve been really busy with Gaming, And Outdoor things. Now that i’m back, you won’t have to worry about me not updating more…

Some Old News:

As we were told, the problem with being able to only re-install Bioshock (for the PC) 3 times, was bumped up to 5 saves… Is that really any better?

A new rant will be coming soon as well.

Hmm, not much more, I’m going to advertise this blog and actually get it rolling, don’t worry 😉

Beat Bioshock…

So I just beat Bioshock for the 2nd time… And I gotta say that it is simply amazing. Both of the endings are different, and when you save them at the ending is kind of touching if I might add 😀

Try it out for yourself, if you haven’t already bought this game, it is a must 10/10!

So I played Bioshock…

Hmm.. Whats there to say? Its amazing. I mean… What else is there really to say?

It has to be one of the most addicting games I have ever played…  I couldn’t really put down the controller, I thought that I’d stop so that my 360 wouldn’t blow up..

I will write an actual review soon, kind of busy at the moment..

Bioshock Released!

Bioshock has been released, since it is 12:00 AM, est.

For all you guys that have there gamestops open till around 12:30, go get the game and brag about it on the forums.

Bioshock Released Tomorrow!

Can you feel it? It’s almost here! More then ‘almost’, The Game Of The Year material is going to be finally released in 1 Day!

I know I may sound like some nerdy fanboy, but I bet it will be hard for me to fall asleep, or if I’m really tired… It may be a little easier. I’m all ready, wake up, get dressed, drive to Gamestop, tell them that I pre-ordered it, get it, cry, and play it 🙂

Jack Thompson files BioShock ad complaint with FTC

“ Attorney Jack Thompson has sent a complaint letter to the Federal Trade Commission for BioShock advertisements aired during Friday night’s WWE Smackdown. GamePolitics has the full complaint from Thompson, a portion of it states: “Take-Two… is aggressively marketing its newest Mature-rated video game to kids under 17 years of age… On this Friday’s night’s 8 pm Eastern time airing of WWE’s wrestling program “Smackdown,” there were repeated ads for Take-Two/Rockstar Game’s Mature-rated, incredibly violent BioShock … This rampant fraudulent trade practice is precisely what ‘Big Tobacco’ did with its ‘Joe Camel’ and other teen-targeting ads, while at the same time lying to Congress that it was not marketing its adult product to kids.

“Hey, we had no idea Rockstar had anything to do with BioShock … oh wait, that’s right, they didn’t. The FTC has already stated they think the industry is doing a relatively fine job handling itself; however, the FTC does say the movie and video game industry are both guilty of marketing R and M rated content during shows with inappropriate demographics. That’s all good and fine of course, but we’re just way too busy bathing in the irony of a FTC violence complaint being brought upon the airing of BioShock ads during an episode of WWE Smackdown. ”
